JIM KEITH AND MFC WARRANTY POLICY

Mindanao Forge Company, Inc. guarantees the quality of its products. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and conditions under which our tools are protected against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers factory defects in materials and workmanship for ALL PRODUCTS under the MFC and Jim Keith brands produced by Mindanao Forge Company, Inc.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty policy WILL NOT:

- Cover any damages caused by the owner such as modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.

- Cover tools that have become faulty due to misuse.

(ex. Nipping a nail with a Hoof Nipper instead of a Nail Nipper)

- Replace already rebuilt tools.

- Cover damage resulting from normal use or wear and tear.

- Guarantee that the product will not become obsolete at some point in the future.

Duration of Warranty Coverage

This warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of original purchase by the customer.

Who Is Covered

This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent owners or buyers.

How To Avail This Warranty

To make a warranty claim, the customer of the defected product must do the following:

- Go to the Purcell Farrier Supply website purcellfarriersupply.com/ or Mindanao Forge Company, Inc. (MFC) website mindanaoforge.com and fill out the Warranty Review form.

- Upon reviewing the submitted form, our customer service agent will get it touch with you to further discuss the defects.

- Once the tool is approved for warranty replacement by the manufacturer, the customer should return the defective tool to the original supplier and the supplier will then provide a brand-new replacement tool.

- The customer will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective tool to the original supplier, while the supplier will handle the shipping expenses for sending the replacement tool.

What MFC Will Do

Replace the item.

What MFC Won’t Do

This warranty policy does not assume the risk of loss during shipment and will not insure the product during its shipment to the customer.

No Other Express Warranty Applies

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty.
No employee, agent, dealer or other individual is authorized to modify this warranty or issue an additional warranty on behalf of Mindanao Forge Company, Inc.
